I just wanted to drop you a quick note of gratitude. In this day and age it’s seems difficult to find people that have great passion for what they do. You have that quality! Last Sunday afternoon, I took a chance and called the number listed in the website and low and behold, you answered the phone. I explained my wife and I would need new tires for a 2015 Itasca we were purchasing from a dealer. Yesterday morning just before we pulled our trade in (Storm) out of the driveway. My mobile rang and dealership said they couldn’t release the MH because of the 2014 DOT. They but could only find 5 tires locally, but working hard to find a sixth. I called Andy and without hesitation she rerouted the tires to the dealer for installation, hopefully this Friday. Your company acted over and above any expectations; the salesman’s relieved, the service manager is relieved, IM happy and the installer Andy set up is the installer the dealer was already working with.
