I want to thank you both. I live full time in my motorhome on a piece of land owned by a friend in Texas. I have a covered spot with 50-amp service and water but NO dump facilities. I'm in the middle of cotton fields so I can dump my grey water to the farmers’ fields but my black tanks are a different story. I have to go about once a month to dump at a nearby fairground. I was preparing to move the motorhome since my tanks were very full and was checking tire pressures when I realized I had a flat tire and decided to buy new tires since I was planning to do it in April before I leave Texas for the summer and head north. Since I couldn't move the motorhome, I had to pack up some of my things and my dogs while waiting for the tires and move in with my daughter and her husband. As you can guess I was very anxious to get the tires so I could move the motorhome and dump my 2 black tanks and move back home. Andy knew my situation and was good at keeping me informed about where the tires were and kept after the installer to get someone out here to install the tires. I am a happy camper today. I drove on my new tires to the fairgrounds and dumped my tanks. The ride on the new tires was very good. I'll be leaving in a couple of weeks on a month-long trip and break the new tires in. Andy provided great customer service which seems to be sorely lacking in the RV industry.
