I could not be happier with the service and results of purchasing 6 tires for my Class A motorhome! There was continuous contact during the entire process. From the initial ordering conversation to the final acknowledgement that the tires had been mounted on my vehicle. Everything went exactly as Motorhome Tires said it would. They made all the arrangements to have the tires shipped to the installer, who then installed them at the storage lot where my RV was located. I only needed to meet the installer to allow him access to the lot. The price of my tires was very competitive, and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of (a far cry from trying to obtain the same tires locally).

I just wanted to drop you a quick note of gratitude. In this day and age it’s seems difficult to find people that have great passion for what they do. You have that quality! Last Sunday afternoon, I took a chance and called the number listed in the website and low and behold, you answered the phone. I explained my wife and I would need new tires for a 2015 Itasca we were purchasing from a dealer. Yesterday morning just before we pulled our trade in (Storm) out of the driveway. My mobile rang and dealership said they couldn’t release the MH because of the 2014 DOT. They but could only find 5 tires locally, but working hard to find a sixth. I called Andy and without hesitation she rerouted the tires to the dealer for installation, hopefully this Friday. Your company acted over and above any expectations; the salesman’s relieved, the service manager is relieved, IM happy and the installer Andy set up is the installer the dealer was already working with. I want to thank you both. I live full time in my motorhome on a piece of land owned by a friend in Texas. I have a covered spot with 50-amp service and water but NO dump facilities. I'm in the middle of cotton fields so I can dump my grey water to the farmers’ fields but my black tanks are a different story. I have to go about once a month to dump at a nearby fairground. I was preparing to move the motorhome since my tanks were very full and was checking tire pressures when I realized I had a flat tire and decided to buy new tires since I was planning to do it in April before I leave Texas for the summer and head north. Since I couldn't move the motorhome, I had to pack up some of my things and my dogs while waiting for the tires and move in with my daughter and her husband. As you can guess I was very anxious to get the tires so I could move the motorhome and dump my 2 black tanks and move back home. Andy knew my situation and was good at keeping me informed about where the tires were and kept after the installer to get someone out here to install the tires. I am a happy camper today. I drove on my new tires to the fairgrounds and dumped my tanks. The ride on the new tires was very good. I'll be leaving in a couple of weeks on a month-long trip and break the new tires in. Andy provided great customer service which seems to be sorely lacking in the RV industry.
