I am the Owner and President of both World of Tires and Motor Home Tires, two companies that have carved out a niche in the commercial and motorhome tire markets.
My professional journey began humbly in 1985 when I founded World Of Tires. Initially, I delivered tires using just a pickup truck. Over the years, through hard work and dedication, our company has grown to employ 40 team members and serve 10,000 customers through a network of over 4,000 commercial dealers and installers. In 2008, we introduced Motor Home Tires as an extension of World Of Tires.One of the most significant influences on my leadership philosophy has been studying under Jocko Willink Jr., an American author, podcaster, and retired Navy SEAL. His teachings have profoundly impacted my approach to leadership, with humility being at the core of my values. My leadership philosophy is built around listening, building strong relationships, staying disciplined, finding balance, and taking ownership.I am now excited to pursue mergers and acquisitions for the first time, positioning myself as a strategic buyer of online, distribution, and service companies. My expertise lies in leveraging market insights, operational efficiencies, and innovative strategies to maximize value and drive sustainable growth.
